For house, unit, business or vehicle lockouts and locks that fail at the worst possible time. Call directly and explain what has happened so the safest next step can be assessed.
How we help
The priority in an emergency is safe access—not making a stressful situation harder.
Tell the locksmith if a child, vulnerable person, pet, medicine or immediate security risk is involved. If there is danger to life, fire or a medical emergency, call 000 first.
For a standard lockout, the lock and door are assessed and a suitable entry method is selected. Proof that you are authorised to enter will be required.

Gain entry where appropriate, then repair, rekey or replace only what the situation requires.
Questions
Yes. Emergency calls are taken 24 hours a day across the Gold Coast. Call 0439 223 093 and describe the suburb, the door or vehicle involved, and whether there is an immediate safety issue.
Have photo identification and evidence that you live at, manage or own the property. For a vehicle, be ready to show identification and a connection to the vehicle. Managed buildings may also require approval from reception, security or the property manager.
Cost depends on the time, location, type and condition of the lock, parts required and the work involved. Call with a clear description and, if possible, text photos so the likely scope can be discussed before attendance.
The first approach is to assess the lock and use the least destructive suitable method. Drilling is not automatically required, although damaged, failed or high-security hardware can sometimes make replacement necessary.
Call 000 for fire, medical emergencies, a child in danger or any threat to life. A locksmith call is not a replacement for emergency services.
Call and explain what has happened, where you are and which door, lock or vehicle is involved. If it is easier, text a couple of clear photos first.
